Rep. Aftyn Behn and attorney Rachel Welty JUNE 24 brought a lawsuit against the district attorneys general for Middle Tennessee districts, alleging that a state law passed earlier this year infringes upon the First Amendment right of free speech.

Tennessee extremists passed this law to criminalize Tennesseans for traveling to other states for healthcare and for free speech related to healthcare. This law is blatant fear-mongering, meant to make people too scared to offer support to a loved one in need and to make pregnant people too scared to seek help.
